1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company name, and employee data entered into the platform. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) and technical data (IP address, browser type, device) to operate and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve JWithKP HRMS; process payroll and statutory filings on your behalf; send you service-related communications; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's globally distributed infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest). Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only. Regular security audits are conducted.
4. Statutory and Payroll Data
Employee payroll, PF, ESI, GOSI, WPS, and related statutory data is processed solely for the purpose of generating compliance reports and filings as directed by your organisation. This data is never shared with third parties except as required by law or explicitly authorised by you.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account termination you may request a full export of your data. We will delete your data within 90 days of a verified deletion request, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights contact us at privacy@jwithkp.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify account administrators via email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
